If I miss your call, don't worry. At times, I am in session with clients and I cannot answer the telephone. Please leave a detailed message and I will promptly return your call within an hour or two from when you called and definitely before the end of the day. During the day, emails are answered by the end of each day or next morning depending upon when you sent them the night before.

*Appointments made before 8:30am or after 7:00pm and major holidays will have an additional flexibility fee of $25 per therapists and or per hour of services rendered.
Cancellation Policy: Due to therapist travel & appointment schedules, A 24 hour notice to cancel your appointment is necessary. Paying for your missed appointment is greatly appreciated since our therapists reserve this opening time for you. We do our best to accommodate everyones' scheduling requests.
